Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30 1991, is more commonly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is the American musician, rapper and songwriter. His stage name is a amalgamation of the name of his loved uncle and the initials of Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott was signed to his first major-label deal in 2012, with Epic Records. In April 2013, he signed joint recording agreements with Epic and T.I. He is signed to Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full length project, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape) was released in the year 2013 by self-release. The mixtape was later followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the debut album from the studio. The hit single "Antidote" was the main track. The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) earned him his first Billboard 200 top 100 album. Scott dropped Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) with Quavo under the collective name Huncho Jack. In 2018, Astroworld was released to praise from the critics. The album produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. Following the single "Franchise" featuring Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it reached the top spot on the 200-page chart on Billboard. Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs debut at the top of the list within a mere decade , in the year 2020.
