Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actress and activist. After moving to America she was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. She began her career as an actor for children. From 2013 until 2016 she was the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020. She rose to fame for her roles in television commercials. Apart from her commercial appearances, she was a regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and was a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub is also the voice for Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the TV pilot that was never aired New Warriors. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. When she was two years old her parents and she relocated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. At the age of five she began to appear in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was in part due to the economic hardships in her family. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, however, she quit after her sophomore year, she was able to get an GED and then went on to earn an Associate of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She studied improv comedy with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
